10th Ave, Inner Richmond

One of our first whole-home remodels, this project reimagined the residence from top to bottom—transforming every room without adding a single square foot of new space. The scope included all-new lighting throughout, with elegant pendant fixtures anchoring the half bath and hexagon tile flooring throughout the other bathrooms. Designed with family living in mind, the home features thoughtfully crafted, kid-focused rooms, including a bright playroom wrapped in three walls of windows for an abundance of natural light. In the bathrooms, sleek and modern custom drawers bring refined, functional storage to the cabinetry.
