Apartment refresh in Presidio Heights, San Francisco, designed with Marriott Clark of Clark Design. North Bay Construction remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms and installed new flooring and lighting throughout, bringing a lighter touch of the same color-rich, pattern-forward design as our Pacific Avenue project nearby. Proof that a well-planned refresh can deliver a whole-new feel without a full gut.
