Custom home theater in Sausalito, Marin County. North Bay Construction gutted the space to the studs and rebuilt it as a private cinema with custom built-in cabinetry for storage, a pull-down screen, a new fireplace, and new floors, all in warm wood tones that overlook the bay. Designed with a designer we have partnered with since the beginning, this room shows how a full gut remodel can turn an underused space into the best seat in the house.
