Luxury second-home remodel on Lake Street near the Presidio, San Francisco. For out-of-town owners, North Bay Construction delivered a completely new kitchen, a remodeled bathroom, a new fireplace, new floors, updated hardware, and fresh paint throughout, plus a lush jungle-print wallpaper that echoes the greenery of the neighboring Presidio. Designed with Banner Day, the finished home was featured in California Home + Design magazine.
