Miraflores Ave, Belvedere, Tiburon

Whole home remodel on the Belvedere waterfront in Tiburon, Marin County. North Bay Construction opened the main level into a single great room under vaulted ceilings with exposed white beams, and built a light white-oak kitchen with an island, counter seating, and open shelving. A breakfast nook sits in a wall of windows looking out over the water, and the living room centers on a stone-surround fireplace beneath a sculptural ring pendant. Warmer notes carry through the rest of the house: a formal dining room in dark walnut, a gallery wall set against grasscloth-look wallpaper, and a double-height entry lit by a lantern-style chandelier.
