Outdoor living remodel in Tiburon, Marin County. North Bay Construction built a wraparound deck from scratch in ipe (Brazilian ironwood) with a custom wire deck rail and integrated lighting, then added a full outdoor kitchen in custom metal framing with wood slats and lattice detail, complete with a built-in grill, egg smoker, and outdoor heaters. We also re-stuccoed the exterior and installed all-new windows for a complete outdoor transformation.
