Full lower-level excavation and remodel in Sea Cliff, San Francisco. North Bay Construction dug down eight feet below the existing crawl space to create an entirely new living level with matching ceiling heights across the home. The new floor includes an extra bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette where the kids can play, with new windows and exterior doors, custom stairs, and a curved glass mezzanine rail. One of the most dramatic before-and-after transformations we have built.
