Minimalist modern remodel in the Marina District, San Francisco. North Bay Construction combined two units of a three-unit building into one two-level home over a 10 to 11 month complete renovation. The result is a clean, modern residence with a full kitchen remodel, two bathrooms, a powder room, and custom cabinetry throughout.
