Lower-floor conversion in Ingleside Terrace, San Francisco. North Bay Construction gutted the bottom floor and rebuilt it as a wine room, gym, sauna, bathroom, and multimedia den, with radiant floor heating throughout the entire level. The bathroom features hexagonal tile, a custom glass shower enclosure, and a custom vanity wall mirror.
