Spanish-style home remodel in San Carlos, CA. North Bay Construction used Spanish tile throughout, including the kitchen backsplash and a clawfoot-tub bathroom, built a custom bookcase and a kitchen breakfast nook, and added a painted stair runner. The homeowners’ 1950s oven was preserved and the kitchen designed around it as an antique centerpiece.
