Full single-family home remodel in Noe Valley, San Francisco. The centerpiece is a brand-new primary suite built on the previously unused ground level, giving the homeowners a private retreat where there had been dead space. Upstairs, North Bay Construction remodeled the kitchen, laid a statement bathroom tile floor, and cut large new window openings that frame sweeping San Francisco city views. Designed with Banner Day, whose efficient, experienced approach made this one of our smoothest collaborations from demo to final walkthrough.
