Full four-level Victorian remodel in Cole Valley, San Francisco. North Bay Construction renovated this classic Victorian from top to bottom: five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a new kitchen. We added a new staircase to the attic, matched to the home’s original style, to turn unused space into a kids’ playroom, and installed a fire sprinkler system as required by San Francisco code for homes with four or more livable levels. With carpentry in our roots, the ornate Victorian woodwork made this one of our favorite projects.
