Year-long whole-house remodel of a three-level home in Parnassus Heights, San Francisco. North Bay Construction remodeled the traditional kitchen and kitchenette, the primary bathroom, a second full bath, and a powder room, refreshed three bedrooms, and rebuilt the exterior with new cedar shingles, new windows, and all-new decks in ipe (Brazilian ironwood). The small powder room became the home’s showpiece, wrapped in bold wallpaper that proves a guest bath is the perfect place to take a design risk. The homeowners went on to refer several neighbors, which is the review we value most.
