Top-floor apartment remodel in a three-story Victorian in Hayes Valley, San Francisco. North Bay Construction renovated the entire upper unit with a new kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, new hardwood floors, and updated lighting throughout. The standout is a custom-fabricated metal range hood that anchors the kitchen. Because we were working directly above an occupied unit, we took extra care to protect the floor below from damage and leaks from the first day of demolition to the last.
